This is one of the best solution as a true logistics app that you can seamlessly use with bluedart. before this I had to do a log of manual tasks and fill the excel and upload it to bluedart to generate the labels. since the order volume has increased this app is a true gem. now I am shipping my orders seamlessly and generating labels in no time. Thankyou ILS and their in person support is really amazing never experienced this kind of support and customizations that they have done for our business is truely amazing. I wish I could expand my business even more by using this app. Thankyou so much ILS truely recommended.

2017 : We just integrated the app into our Shopify store and my God, integration was just a one step process! We hit a minor glitch and got in touch with the developers immediately. My mail to them went out at 6:34 pm and I got a response from Rahul at 6:36 pm itself! It's now 7:10 and he got our app working perfectly within just this much time. AWESOME service, Jason - thanks!!! Yet to start using the app but I'm sure it will cut down our team's fulfillment time by a lot. Highly recommend!

Been using this software for booking bluedart shipments. It integrates well through your own bluedart account with API. However we found the NDR feature to be a bit basic. Unable to share a comment with bluedart team when shipment is in NDR. Hoping for improvement here in future.

I would highly reccomment the app for their user friendly UI and ease. Their customer support and resolution is very responsive and truly quick. That helps immesely as time is crucial with D2C segment. Must have app for indian shipping / Logistics on shopify.

My experience with ILS has been pretty good so far. Their panel is very easy and intuitive to use, allows integration with different courier partners and most important integrates well with Shopify platform.

After doing extensive research of my own on courier aggregators, I am happy to decide on ILS. Their brand tracking and returns pages are well done to get started for a small brand like ours. Chetna has been very helpful in this process.
