They resolve all queries quickly, and the best part is that everything is handled efficiently over WhatsApp. There's no need to email or make additional connections; they are always there when you need them. I have been using this app for about a month. This is better app compared to other app exists in the market. Also I faced a technical issue in this app which was resolved in just 1 business day. I highly recommend this app if you are working directly with the logistics vendor.
