Works well, much quicker than using the main portal. Customer support is very good, they took time to get me set up and have quickly sorted a couple of issues I've had since.
Would love to be able to see the prices for the various shipping options, and to be able to send parcels that are slightly lower than the expected weight.

The app works perfectly when you follow the instructions. Flawless fullfiment process with a great documentation. The one time I asked the support for a request, they replied within a day with a clear answer.

Technical Support was really good. Works as it should Unfortunately there is no way (yet) to automated label creation and being sent with an invoice together to fulfillment. I wished that would be possible

Die App, ist einfach und sehr komfortabel, in Sekunden hat man sein Versandlabel ausgedruckt. Heute brauchte ich Hilfe vom DHL Support, denn die App ließ sich nicht mehr laden und ich konnte keine Versandlabels mehr erstellen. Ich bin positiv überrascht, weil 1. der Support schnell reagiert hat und 2. auch die Störung für mich in meinem Shop behoben hat ohne das ich mich selbst darum kümmern musste. Einfach Klasse Service vielen Dank DHL.

Super App, DHL Vertrag ist einbindbar, Versand und auch Retoure einfach zu erstellen und das alles ganz offiziell von DHL.
Support ist auch immer schnell, hilfreich und nett.

Llevamos un año usando la aplicación y perfectamente, hemos tenido un pequeño problema con la API en shopify y lo han solucionado de manera rápida y eficaz. Gracias Herwig!

Funktioniert im Großen und Ganzen alles gut. Hin und wieder gibt es Updates und Neuerungen, ein paar Bugs. Das ist aber ja überall so. Der Support hilft einem aber immer möglichst schnell weiter. Vielen Dank!
