I had a problem downloading the files but
William Suton was really great. He helped me for over a week and came up with solutions. When I was about to give up he came up with a new idea and that turned out to be the solution! Really great. So happy that my website is working great again and I can now sell my products without worries.
We've been using Fireflare for a few years now, and i will be honest with you, in my opinion, if you are selling digital goods, look no further! I honestly forgot to write a review a long time ago, but yesterday night (saturday) there was an issue regarding the downloads themselves, which obviously is a big issue. Despite it being a sunday, the support team got back to me early in the morning, and by 14:00 the issue was resolved. They updated me multiple times throughout the process, explaining what was going on.
10/10 support, and service.
Slow customer support, it does the job for 1 product and do like the interface, but when tried to apply to a bundle did not work.

We have human support, a video guide, and steps to show how to set up. All you need to do is attach a digital file to a product or variant, and then it is ready to deliver digital files.
