Chatted with Theo this morning and I was very impressed. I'm not tech-savvy so he had to walk me through a few things and not once did he make me feel stupid. Great experience so far, helpful support team. I previously was using the free Shopify downloads app, but switched mostly due to it frequently failing to send files post purchase.

So far I'm having a great experience with the one-on-one service which I didn't expect at first. The pace of the query service is exceptionally good. Using it for a day all I can say as of now is still have a lot more to learn about but it is a great start thank you THEO!

This app has been pretty much self explanatory to set up. Clear and straight forward all the way. As a newbie to creating digital downloads I had done some researcch but I needed a bit of help with a few things related to the exact settings of this app. The super fast personal response has been really great and put my mind at rest.
