Leo the founder is awesome. quick chat, helped me right away, communication is amazing. Love the app and i recommend it to anyone that is looking for a reliable digital downloads app. I deleted shopify's app because they don't support it and Big digital downloads is worth the money.

Great customer service with Theo and I'm loving the app so far. Uploading videos for a digital course and its super easy.

First, Leo is extremely nice and quick to help. App is easy to navigate. The included dashboard is really helpful when getting started. The branding feature is really nice, especially as new business. Compared to other apps, this is by far the best for my needs.
