Digital Products

I sell two printed versions of a basketball book, but a digital option has been increasingly popular because I release it earlier than the printed books. It's also good for people who don't want to carry my two-pound book around with them. It works on any e-reader and even iPhone and iPad. It's nice to have a digital option, and I also pair it with my printed editions and give a discount. That's a good way to increase sales. If I didn't own the company, I'd buy the digital and a printed version.

Very easy to use, and reliable! This saves us plenty of time with automatic downloads, email contacts, etc. for quilt patterns that we deliver digitally.

It works flawlessly for us. My one comment is that in looking at the Product page, it's not immediately evident whether there's the correct digital file attached to it.

It's good to now be able to include links, not just files, but it would be REALLY good to be able to set a release data for files, or for them not to be released until the physical item ships.

(We sell albums on pre-order with free digital, but don't want the digital to become available until the pre-order ships on the release date.)

Used to be a great app - but changes have made it horrifically cumbersome. It's fine if you just want to throw up a digital file and be done. But if you need to make even simple adjustments or get customer data to fix an issue, information is no longer there, or buried so deep it will takes hours to track it down. What a PITA.

Has been a wonderful way to deliver my preschool curriculum to customers. They all receive it quickly!

It's a great app. I just miss being able to add a large file directly from the sales page. Now you have to go through extra steps just to be able to upload it.

It works awesome, I just wish people could download right to their cell phones, that would be so much easier for my digital cards fit for cell phone size screens. Right now, it requires an email to download, and not all customers have their email setup on their cells.
