We used this app to sell Ebooks and Ebook bundles in our store. We were able to uses this app last year with no issues. Recently, we tried to do the same but did not have success.
The save button would spin and spin without any chance of being able to save. It really messed with our plans to sell these products before a specific date.
Why doesn't this app use my shop's email address while sending?
I have problems with this app! Customers do not receive download links
used for ages but very glitchy and big files are nearly impossible to upload
There is a minor problem with the application.
When the purchase process is completed, the file download feature does not appear on the purchase completion page.
The file is only sent by email
* The application does not appear when the Checkout page is modified

I'm updating this app review to a 2 stars. I have been using this for over 10 years now. Lately there have been several outages that have cost me business and time.
I never see notification of updates. Everything is happening behind the scenes and downloads that I have had set up for over 10 years just stop working.
C'mon Shopify. It's all I sell. Stop terrible developement practices and test whatever it is you are doing PRIOR to going live. You are affecting live stores!
NO MORE EMAILS! They are delayed or going to junk mail. The download screen needs to appear when the customer purchases the product!
About a third of my customers have not been able to open my downloads because this app requires a desktop computer to download it before transferring to a tablet or phone.
App was working really well for about a year. However, for the past couple months, it's been extremely buggy, and Shopify seems to have no solution. It says 'Unsupported' under the settings page. Files don't upload for me anymore, or they upload but I'm not able to save changes. One of my products has 2 digital files attached, but the app only lists 1. I'm not sure if things are getting sent out properly either. I've tested different browsers, different computers... Nothing... So it's basically become useless, and I'm at a point where I need to migrate to a new app. Pretty frustrating...
