We had some extra needs (printing a qr-code generated from the license-file on a pdf that is being delivered with the order).

When I mentioned it, the developer instantly started developing the feature for us and delivered it within a week. With no extra costs.

Lo utilicé para números de lotería y funciona pésimo. Genera números duplicados, no asigna bien los números cuando las órdenes tienen más de un ticket, etc. Mis clientes quedaron decepcionados.

Great and professional looking template options.

Unfortunately managing license codes is very buggy and it's not possible to see how many codes are left or which codes have already been used.

Honestly, I was doubtful in the beginning as I had large file sizes that no other app can contain, but I am impressed! Also, when I spoke with an advisor they were punctual and responsive. Just what I expect from a business partner! Thank you Digitally, although I hope I can get customization to add my e-mail ID and logo to the e-mails sent to customers, but for a free plan, I am definitely satisfied!

Digitally is a fantastic product. I tried many different apps to try and configure my use case for sending digital gift subscriptions but none of them came close to Digitally. The team is so helpful and always willing to jump on a call to help walk through set up or troubleshoot. When there was a couple of features that I expressed interest in seeing, the team built it for me in a day. They listen to customer feedback and are so helpful. Their newest feature, customized email templates, really help carry through my brand to the gift recipients and is an awesome addition. If you're on the fence between a few products, I'd highly recommend going with Digitally.

De momento genial, funciona de maravilla. La única pega que le pongo es que no puedo modificar el e-mail que recibe el usuario con el producto digital. Por lo demás, muy contenta.

I am new but so far it has been easy to follow the instructions. As I learn more and more I am looking forward to creating digital products for my community of creatives.
