I had issues with one of my digital products custom links not being able to be deleted to only show the new updated link. The rep, Bangash, helped me fix the issue. I found another issue after I finished my chat when him and he assisted me again right away to fix that issue.
Great customer service. The app needs some improvement, but it does what is needed for my small amount of digital products.

We've been in e-commerce business for 9 years. This is by far the best app/dev/customer experience we've experienced. App delivers seamlessly. User feedback is promptly considered by the dev and updates have been consistently released. Highly recommend if you're looking for a solid team behind a product that is meant for assisting you with digital product sales and delivery.

I am new but so far it has been easy to follow the instructions. As I learn more and more I am looking forward to creating digital products for my community of creatives.

Honestly, I was doubtful in the beginning as I had large file sizes that no other app can contain, but I am impressed! Also, when I spoke with an advisor they were punctual and responsive. Just what I expect from a business partner! Thank you Digitally, although I hope I can get customization to add my e-mail ID and logo to the e-mails sent to customers, but for a free plan, I am definitely satisfied!

Only errors. eMail for the download link comes only after minutes, the sender address is not the one from the store, the link in the eMail to download the pdf file leads to an error page - junk

Makes it very easy to put my products up and makes the Shopify experience even better
