Discount Ninja Promo Engine

Installed this app and had a few issues to start with, support initially took a few days due to the COVID issues. However Bart from there support contacted via email and fixed all my issues, he even went to the lengths of creating videos to set things up how we needed it.
Brilliant app and support was very good, I would highly recommend.

I'm still learning how to use the app, however the support is excellent, they are quick and really spend the time to help you by scheduling google meets, so you get live support and not just via email/chat, which I think is very helpful!

I installed the Discount Ninja App and I am not technically savvy, so I reached out to their customer support. Andrea responded and was excellent! She walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. I am extremely pleased with the service and very excited about the upcoming results using the App.

This is the only app we've been able to find that allows you to setup a discount code for affiliate partners that doesn't require additional work for the consumer. The team was very helpful in setting everything up – one of their developers sat on a video call to talk through the setup and help us get the first one in place. Very helpful!

UPDATE: Having spoke to the owner of discount ninja, Bart worked on resolving our issue instantly and has provided great support. The app is now reinstalled and working perfectly and as a goodwill Bart increased our quota. The app in itself is great and offers discount schemes and strategies that no other app offers. However thats where it stops, support take a while to reply and don't fix issues. This app was causing bother all over our site. They then wanted us to upgrade as we had reached our quota to look into the issue more.

Awesome app!! works every time not just sometimes... the support team was amazing – went out of their way to ensure we were connected properly. Highly recommend it to all : )

this app does quite a bit so there is a lot to learn, thankfully they have a tutorial in the beginning to walk you through and on top of that the customer service is excellent, they have helped me set up everything I couldn't figure out in a timely manner, bart Andrea and eloy have helped me out and all been excellent

Wow... a way to avoid asking customers to "Enter XXXX" on checkout? Sweet! I really appreciate this app... it definitely solves a need for being able to share discounts. Thanks for making this app!
