Great app normally. Very good at dealing with more complex discount setups.
We have had to contact support a number of times, often for just small issues and they have normally been fixed quickly

We really wanted to use to use this app. It is unfortunately very difficult to use with very limited support. This impacts most of your core shopify files so if you decide to do this you really can't just go back.
We've been using Discount Ninja for quite some time now. It is an awesome app which ticks all our boxes. Customer service is prompt and very helpful. Highly recommended.
