This app used to work fine, but as some others reviews here say, one day it just stopped working. All our active and advertised discount codes suddenly started appearing as "invalid" in the cart, despite working in checkout. Obviously it affected our conversion on that day and we had loads of customers contacting us. The app support is non-existent. Same as below - we had NO REPLY IN DAYS! Deleting the app now and going with an alternative.
I'm very sorry you had a bad experience. Unfortunately I can't find your support ticket in our system, but since you were not satisfied with our service, I would like to refund you your app charges. Please send me an email to support@flomllr.com. The issue you experienced with the app is now fixed and there are measures in place to prevent the app from failing in the future. If you're willing to give it another try, I'd be happy to personally assist you to make sure everything is working correctly.
Bad support, trying to uninstall, they will not respond. This seems to have messed up the cart on our site. Be careful if installing.
it stopped working, customers can no longer apply discount codes, the button on the cart page does not do anything. Even on the admin end it shows a blank page when i click on the app. I lost a lot of potential sales due to this.
Does not work so far. requested handmade design 2 times within the past 4 weeks - no answer so far.
Seems like a great app but support hasn't responded in 3 weeks despite numerous followups. Very basic issues like ugly red text displaying the moment the page loads.
1. The app does not work and its damaging my business
2. I raised the issue twice but have had no customer support
3. In summary this is a terrible app with even worse customer service.
Support needs significant improvement. I've been chasing, but they just don't get back to you! They send automated emails, but never actually answer your questions or requests. When the support guys DID eventually get back, they made the app live on our store with a bug that affected checkout, even after I specifically said: "Do NOT to make the app live unless the bug is fixed". Well, the bug is still not fixed, support just enabled the app anyway, and now they won't respond, this is the 3rd time I've tried to get this app to work, it works perfectly on another store, and without the bugs, it can do the job, but without the right support, it's useless. Really disappointing.
Customers constantly complained that the discount code box gets stuck in an endless loading loop and never actually applies the code. Reached out multiple times with no resolution. Decided to try a different app that seems to have all good reviews. Such a shame as this app looked great and was easy to install but again was not reliable for us at all.
it doesn't work anymore. We can't add the promo code.

Fix it quickly
Worthless app. The free has no worth and trial is terrible. They customize the cart but it has no use. Doesn't reply to emails and doesn't cancel the trial.
Hi there, I'm sorry to see that you weren't satisfied with our app. We tried to contact you multiple times, but couldn't get a response from you. By uninstalling Dcode, the trial gets canceled automatically. As far as I can see in my dashboard, no charges were made to you.
