inflexible. doesn't support multi currency at checkout. Support just shrug off the problem as "ohh, we do not support" without any attempt at helping us.

This app seems like it should work but there are a lot of bugs and their support doesn't reply to any of your questions. Here is a breakdown of my experience.
1. I'm having issues with their app working correctly with multiple variants and nobody has contacted me back in 7 days now. If you need support or answers from this app don't use them because you will never hear back. The few questions I actually got answers to where one sentence and my follow-up questions were never answered.
2. If you are using Acerill product booking app do NOT use this app because none of the variants will pass through to your order page in the admin. The checkout will look like it works but as soon as it's processed nothing will appear in the admin. This is very strange because Acerill is one of the apps shopify suggests so there has to be something wrong with Booster Apps solution.
3. Another app that is recommended by Shopify is Infinite Options by ShopPad. Like the previous comment, this app doesn't work with Booster Apps product.
All of these things are extremely frustrating but I still need to say the thing that kills me is their lack of response to support questions.... sad because this could be a good app.
It doesn't work with Multi-Currency Checkout which is annoying, because I am paying for ads and customers come then abandonee at the checkout page. It would be ideal if it worked with multi currency. Because I have used this app before
The worst app ever. Discounts don't work for multi currency and subtotal discount doesn't appear on the cart page. Reached support one week ago. First, they told me there was a problem with my multi currency app, so i changed it with the one they recommend. Nothing changed. Then they told me that probably some other apps were not compatible with this one, so to check without them and remove all the code. I did it but still the app had the same issues, now i deleted the app to replace it and left some code. It's simply shocking for the most expensive tiered pricing app only. At least you expect that would work properly. Also if you revert cart settings you will lose all the editing made on your theme, simply crazy. Shopify should ban this vendor and app, 80% of positive review are from people who have just installed the app. Worst experience ever

This was incompatible with Booster Apps Wholesale Hero and they wouldn’t work together. Customer service was extremely slow to respond, 3 or more days to hear back from them. And when we did they didn’t answer our questions. They were unprofessional and seemed to not care at all that their apps were not working together on my store. So I found even better apps through Supple Apps. They’re customer service was excellent and they customized a solution for me within two days.
Doesnt always work. many customers cant get the discount which makes my conversion rate drop. not getting help from booster apps. e
The app itself is good but their support is non-existent.
In the beginning I've had a technical issue that prevented the discount codes from working when entering them via the cart page and it took them very long to fix it, then I simply asked them to make a small part of text bold, which I'm sure would have taken them 2 minutes to adapt. 2 weeks later it's still not done and not even an expected time window.
Their email address is a black box and if they happen to answer after more than a week they either ask a useless question that was already solved before, misunderstand something that you wrote them or answer your questions only partially and then you can wait another week for a reaction.
If you're spending a lot on ads I wouldn't rely on them.
Update 26.09.19: About 2 weeks after the review there is still no reaction from them. It's impossible to get any support from them. I'm losing my patience and am amending my review from 2 to 1 stars, as it's starting to get ridiculous.
Who runs this app? I contacted support because discounts did not work when checking out in certain currencies. They asked me to change my currency converter to the one they recommended, I contacted my currency exchange support team then and they told me to ask shopify. I contacted shopify and they indeed told me the problem is with this app. I will be removing and switching ASAP. I removed my old currency converter too and changed to the one they suggested, NOT WORKING! Customer support has IGNORED my emails for 10 days now. No thank you, my customers do not wait 10 days.
Update: After the review they reached out to me and gave me a free for life plan due to the "misunderstanding" and they promised to fix my issue. Got the free plan, waited a few days only to find an email today saying they didn't support multi-currencies which to me sounds like UTTER B******T! I checked my orders, they COMPLETELY broke multiple currency support for the currencies that WERE working fine before I contacted them. I had to refund a BUNCH of customers this morning, deleted this app and have found alternatives. Not to mention, I got another email today (a reply from the chain of emails that started from before I posted this initial review) of another customer service agent telling me I cancelled my plan a few days ago and THAT is why it was no longer working.
I wanted to laugh out loud. Not only did I have their free for life plan that was in the chain of emails which should have been read, but the discounts were working, only EXCLUSIVELY for USD now. Of course, according to my orders the support for the currencies that were working stopped on SUNDAY, I was only informed on MONDAY (apparently that they never worked or supported multi-currencies, but they did).
