Discounty: Bulk Discount Sales

I had an issue, and Pearl was extremely helpful! She answered promptly and was very eager to assist!

Great functionality and Grace was also very helpful in getting things set up. She went above and beyond as well and helped customise the widget to our company colour scheme.

I've run into limitations with Shopify's own discount settings, so I turned to Discounty. While trying to set up an offer, it wasn't working as I intended, so I used their customer service, which was amazing!

Sam talked me through what the problem was and how to overcome it, which worked perfectly and as I wanted. Brilliant service, and the app is simple and easy to use.

Was not expecting this rapid response from their support team. Melissa was awesome. Solved my stupid mistake and rebuilt our old app setup in just a minute. Totally unexpected, great service!

This app is great if you if you only have one market or if you don't have fixed pricing. Its a quick way to apply and remove discounts but doesn't work if you have fixed prices.
Customer service gets 5-stars though, they are always knowledgeable, speedy, and efficient. Special thanks to Nilou for solving my issue in minutes.

Pearl helped me figure out why my discount was not applying and it had nothing to do with this app but another app generating a new code blocking the discount from Discounty from applying. Huge help!

Great app for adjusting prices for sales like Black Friday. We've used it multiple years and works great.

Setting up the other features like the countdown timer and shipping bar was a bit problematic on our theme, since they still don't use the theme 2.0 blocks but after talking to customer support we were able to sort out any issues and adjustments to how it looks.
