Discounty: Bulk Discount Sales

Discounty is a game-changer! The app itself is awesome—so many features and endless ways to customize discounts. But honestly, the customer service is what sold me. Mason, you’re a legend! I hit him with a million questions and requests, and he helped with everything super quickly, no hesitation, and was genuinely friendly the whole time. I just worked with Hasti to set up my first campaign. Hasti was very quick to respond and was able to walk me through all the steps. Hasti was patient and offered many options for all my questions.

The campaign works well but I wish I could add a Promo Label to the Cart/Checkout step so clients could associate the name of the promotion to the discount.

Otherwise, for right now, the APP lets me exclude products with specific tags and that's what I need the most.

100% would recommend this app. The tech team were amazing and contacted us immediately after we encountered an issue, then stayed with us in real time throughout the whole process. We've used a number of sales driven apps before that have been super glitchy, but Discounty is in a league of its own. Don't bother with other apps, do yourself a favour and use Discounty!
