Discounty: Bulk Discount Sales

Dela spent nearly 3 hours with me going through the changes I needed. I was at work, so my replies were very slow; she was patient and read and tried to understand what I needed. Nothing seemed too complicated. I was honestly highly impressed with the level of customer service; it was the best. But most importantly, all the issues were sorted!

It's an app that I love using, Aliya from the Support team helped me a lot. And Discounty provided me with a special discount code

The app is very easy to use. They have good quick customer service. Melika was great at answering our questions.

The only issue with the app I see that can be a major issue, is that it discloses your sales data to your team. So if you're a company that doesn't disclose sales numbers / order volume with certain employees who will be using the app that will be an issue, however, hopefully they look into resolving this.

So far so good! I'm new to Shopify and Discounty made it simple for me. I did have some issues but discovered it was due to the particular theme I'm using. Its awesome when you see additional functionality on a website you personally built. I'm excited.

We have been using Discounty for our standard and tiered discounts for over a year now, and we are really satisfied with its performance. Not only does the app meet all our needs, but the team has consistently gone above and beyond to assist us whenever we've required support. A special thanks to Miles for his exceptional service!
