Have a great experience using Discounty! great customer support and I can finally have the new prices vs. the old prices displayed on the product pages.

Not only did they solve my issue quickly, they also helped me with a few additional things that technically weren’t even part of their role.

Works for all your needs. You can create different types of campaigns depending on your specific needs. The support is top notch, once you get past the AI :)) The AI is ok for simple troubleshooting and tutorials, but when you encounter more specific problems, human intervention is key.

So far so good! Any glitch I have had has turned out to be a simple click of the right button. The help has been amazing and they are very quick to answer. Set up was really easy and the templates are customisable and look good without needing to be tweaked. Special mention to Sam and Nilou who have been helping me.

Pearl was absolutely fantastic. She was knowledgeable and worked very quickly. She even offered to tweak my widget so I was completely happy with it.
