I highly recommend this app. - After downloading and testing all available bulk discount apps, I found that this app has the cleanest UI and functions the best among Shopify's bulk discount apps.
[1. Compatibility]
We are very sensitive to conflicts with other apps regarding bulk discounts and have verified through testing that this app is compatible with other pricing apps.
[2. Per Price Feature]
One of the best features was displaying per-price pricing. This app is the only one that offers this feature among all other discount apps. It was evident that the developers considered the customer's perspective when designing the UI and providing services. Setting up features and configuring the app is also very convenient.
[3. Customer Service]
They responded promptly addressed our feedback and requests. Since we are a small company without dedicated developers, we mistakenly attributed website issues to this app and requested assistance. They kindly resolved the issue as part of their customer service. I'm truly grateful to the developers for their hard work, prompt responses to my inquiries, and excellent service.
the app has very simple interface to use. i set prices directly from my product app and controls the manufacturer prices. All applications are being late after each price update that we do through our product app. Therefore i need to show my prices discounted already. Only discounty is able to do it. Just in case, all apps are struggling on showing discount tags after price updates through shopify or relevant apps. Don't forget to refresh your discounts whenever you remember.( better use a collection and turn off the discount and turn it on for a moment. It ll be fixed )
Uninstalled the app and the discounts have not been removed from our store - we manually have to adjust the prices, we have also been overcharged from the plan price.

To clarify, our 'General discount campaigns' adjust product and compare-at prices. If these are not deactivated before uninstalling the app, discounts may remain active. It appears the app was uninstalled without deactivating your campaign. For resolution, please reinstall our app temporarily, allowing us to access your store and quickly rectify this.
Regarding billing, Shopify apps recurring charges are generated at the start of each billing cycle. It seems that you uninstalled the app after this cycle. We have confirmed no further payments were processed post-uninstallation. Despite this, we recognize the inconvenience caused and are prepared to issue a refund.
We have reached out via email to resolve these issues promptly. Your satisfaction and trust are paramount to us.
One of the better apps we've encountered for managing quantity bulk discounts in store and although we identified a bug with the discounted price not converting into the non-default currency if selected, we raised this to the app developers who debugged and confirmed the issue and got it fixed relatively quickly.
I was a terrible customer but Hasti was able to come through for me with everything. I really thank her for her help. Excellent customer service!
