Don't bother with these thieves. They overbilled me $600 and refunded me. But had I not brought it up there is no way to know if they would've refunded those at all. Sad that I had to reach out to get it refunded. Don't see this app lasting much longer.
You received 320 chargeback alerts between 2/14 and 5/3. 23 of your alerts (7%) were not refunded due to issues like "can't find", "duplicate", and "already a chargeback". We refunded these alerts to you promptly and we also proactively flagged these alerts for credits with Ethoca. As we explained to you, these alerts are automatically submitted to Ethoca for credits. We apply refunds/credits once Ethoca approves them.

Literally never have to worry about chargebacks again. It's the best app on the market for chargeback management and prevention. Alex G is a phenomenal rep as well. Super helpful and very quickly responsive! 5/5
One of, if not the best app for Shopify. Their services are mandatory to operate a good online business and their online support is instant and amazing. I would give it 100 stars if i could.
Stay away from this shady app. They duplicated some of my charges, so I had to reach out for a refund. If I had not reached out I doubt I would've gotten a refund. Pay attention. One of the most slimy and dishonest apps I ever used. Complete garbage stay away from these thieves!
We do not have control of incoming alerts from Verifi and Ethoca and certainly did not "duplicate" alerts. In fact, we are the only company that proactively flags these Ethoca issues and credits you for them.
You received 320 chargeback alerts between 2/14 and 5/3. Only 11 of your alerts (3%) were duplicates. Furthermore, we did refund you for these on May 3.
We cannot control incoming chargeback alerts as these are resold from Visa and Mastercard. All duplicate alerts are proactively flagged and displayed on the dashboard as a duplicate.

This is the worst app you could ever use. These people are THIEVES and overcharge. I would use chargeflow instead of this app. Ignore these fake 5 star reviews. Be very careful! This app should be removed.

We automatically flag and display any potential issues with alerts clearly within the portal. Calling us thieves, claiming our reviews are fake, and making other baseless claims in slanderous and untrue. You were charged properly for all alerts and we strongly refute your claims.
