Solid app that works well. They have great comms and are willing to help. This keeps the chargeback number very low too and is great for a high or low volume store while being cost effective.

Disputifier is easily the best company for handling chargebacks and alerts. I’ve used them across a few stores now, and the experience has been excellent. An error had occurred in the app settings, customer service helped me with this perfectly and fixed it for me nicely, the app itself works very well for preventing chargebacks and keeping your dispute rate low, they are definitely the best out there

To be honest, it's technical to set it up. But I'm 100% sure these guys know what they are doing and they want YOU to get the best possible performance and customer experience possible.
