Doba’s interface is one of the few I’ve used that feels designed for sellers like me — not just developers. The tools are laid out where you’d expect them, and bulk features like CSV imports actually work without breaking the system. It saves me from a ton of repetitive tasks.
There is no option to put in an FPO address, with no FPO option there is no way for me to use the platform. Called Customer Services and was on the phone for 2 hours to try to fix the issue and was not able to add the address. I kept getting told that they would call me back in 24 hours with an answer. I had to ask for an hour to talk to a manager, then the manager told me that she would talk to the billing department and was going to call me in 24 hours. I told them that I have not been able to use the platform because of this and requested a refund and was told that the manager could not do it and had to ask the billing department to do it and was not sure if it was possible.

The app is user friendly, and the processing time is impressive. I have my first two orders in. Just waiting to see how the shipping times from the vendors for the full experience.
Overall, I rated the platform a "5 Star" rating because it has allowed me to build my sellers platform with ease, provides excellent brand products with most offering free shipping, which is a plus.
I used to get caught selling stuff that was already out of stock. Not anymore. Doba’s inventory updates are quick, and I always know what’s available.
What surprised me the most about using Doba is how much control I have over profit margins. With Doba, I can easily adjust markup based on trends and still stay competitive. I’ve run promos and even tested different price tiers, and it all updates quickly across listings.
What I love most is the ability to test different niches without committing a huge budget. With Doba, I can explore trending categories without financial risk — perfect for a side project like mine.
I’ve worked with a few supplier platforms before, but Doba surprised me with how professional the backend is. It doesn’t feel like a patchwork of features — everything’s integrated smoothly. That’s rare in this space.
What I really like is that Doba’s pricing structure allows for real profits. Some platforms give you access to products, but there’s no room for margin. With Doba, even after including shipping, I can still price competitively and turn a decent profit per sale.
