The connection to Shopify is fragile and didn't setup my shipping zone properly. Support didn't have a clue and I had to figure it out myself and when I told them the problem, they said it was a Shopify issue, even though other vendors I use work perfectly. Layer on top of this...no automatic payment when customers order, I have to manually process the backend payment. This is just unacceptable.. ...
Thank you for sharing your experience with us — we truly understand how frustrating this must have been. We’re really sorry to hear that the connection didn’t work as ...
What stood out to me as a first-timer was how much hand-holding Doba provides without being overwhelming. It’s structured in a way that you learn while doing — no long manuals, just straight-to-the-point guidance.
I’ve tried flashy tools before, but Doba actually delivers where it matters: stability, speed, and support. During peak seasons, the system holds up without hiccups — and that alone makes it worth it.
Been in this business long enough to know a good platform when I see one. Doba keeps my operations lean and efficient. Doba Starting with no experience, but Doba’s platform makes me feel like I know what I’m doing. It’s super intuitive.
I remember opening the dashboard for the first time and expecting to be overwhelmed, but it was actually super clean and straightforward. I could tell right away what each feature was for — and when I wasn’t sure, the little tooltips and guides helped a lot.
I started selling online just to make some extra income while working full time, and this platform has made that possible without burning me out. I love how everything runs in the background. It’s not a constant time drain, which is rare in the e-com world.
What I appreciate most is the time-saving aspect. I used to spend a good chunk of my day updating prices and tracking supplier changes. Now I barely even think about it. The automation here just works. It’s predictable and fast — two things that matter a lot when you’re scaling.
What I love is how easy it is to test products without taking big risks. I can list 5–10 items, see what sticks, and adjust without spending hours on setup. It’s perfect for part-time sellers like me who need flexibility.
I thought I’d need a ton of tutorials or YouTube videos to even get started, but Doba’s onboarding is super beginner-friendly. I was adding products and publishing listings within my first hour of signing up.
One of the reasons I stay with Doba is the supplier network. You’re not locked into just one vendor. If stock runs low, I can switch to another supplier for the same product and keep sales going.
