DOOFINDER ‑ Search & Discovery

Chris was very pleasant, helpful & thorough in walking me through the trial version of this app. Before subscribing I was not happy with the search capabilities of my website. I am anxious to see the improvement with Doofinder!

This app is really useful for understanding how your customers use the search on your website. We were able to see some common terms and create custom results that best matched what the customer was trying to find. And Lauren was really helpful too!

El buscador tiene muchas opciones para impulsar los productos, maneja estadísticas muy útiles para conocer qué es lo que el usuario está buscando y qué es lo que no ha podido encontrar, entre sus configuraciones se pueden crear reglas para brindar opciones a los usuarios y otras funciones avanzadas de forma fácil. La asesoría y seguimiento es buenísimo, en mi caso mi contacto es Johanna y su servicio es espectacular, resuelve mis dudas y me maneja opciones, en conclusión me parece un producto bastante eficiente, fácil, accesible y que ofrece muchas opciones para crear estrategias para tu tienda.
