DOOFINDER ‑ Search & Discovery

I would recommend this app. It is very impressive and simple to use. The support is very good. I like the options included with the basic plan but I wish the banner were included because that is what I'm most interested in. The pro plan to have access to the banner is just too much for me right now.

I love this App! My site is art-related and I really like the way the search bar expands when someone is looking for a product. And, Kate is terrific! She helped me get set up. I didn't feel 'pressured'. This is a qualify app and it sure makes my online store look good and very professional! Thank you, Kate and Doofinder.

I thought I didn't need the app and declined to use it for months, but Nicole helped me set it up with a trial. She is so sweet and was so patient with me, that girl deserves a raise. It's got awesome features but they vary depending on the plan. My favorite part is being able to see what people are searching for, and using the synonyms I can help my customers find what they're looking for or add that item to my site. Thank you so much for your patience and help Nicole!

I have been using Doofinder on my site for just over a month and have found that the technical support (I spoke to Marc) has been very friendly and fast. The search engine seems very efficient too, with the capability to Exclude results and push certain products for promotions.

An excellent addition to our site, has been a great help to our customers. Our site has thousands of products, so needs really useful search functionality to find it all, and Doofinder does that for us perfectly. It has many useful features that we had not even thought about beforehand, that we now cannot do without, such as combining synonym search results, banners, and dynamic reranking to highlight specific products at the top of search results. Also, the redirection to pages on your site that wouldn't come up as a product in the search results is incredibly useful.
Shaun from Doofinder helped us a lot with getting to grips with all the features and was very attentive to our requests for help or information, only a phone call or an email away.

Great App and Customer service thank Andrew for the support and guiding us trough the process. It makes finding products on the shop more intuitive and user friendly.

Nunca he escrito una reseña, pero ahora si lo amerita, no es que de por si el buscador sea bueno, es que también el soporte que dan es excelente, te resuelven los problemas muy rápido (hay veces que les pido un cambio, me hago un cafe y al volver ya esta el cambio hecho), hasta me hace sentir mal tanta atencion, 10/10
