It seems that the app is bringing more sales and it certainly helps me see what keywords we are missing and rectify that. Shaun has been helpful throughout and reassured me with my queries.

I would recommend this app. It is very impressive and simple to use. The support is very good. I like the options included with the basic plan but I wish the banner were included because that is what I'm most interested in. The pro plan to have access to the banner is just too much for me right now.

I love this App! My site is art-related and I really like the way the search bar expands when someone is looking for a product. And, Kate is terrific! She helped me get set up. I thought I didn't need the app and declined to use it for months, but Nicole helped me set it up with a trial. She is so sweet and was so patient with me, that girl deserves a raise. It's got awesome features but they vary depending on the plan. My favorite part is being able to see what people are searching for, and using the synonyms I can help my customers find what they're looking for or add that item to my site. Great app for making your 'search button' user friendly. I especially like how it auto corrects when you misspell a word. Still getting familiar with it but overall I like the app and it does what it is supposed to do. Kiran was a great support in showing the functionality of the app . Give it a try!
