DOOFINDER ‑ Search & Discovery

Andrew helped me out majorly in understanding how to use the app and made it seamless and painless. He also is available and eager to help me whenever i ned help creating banners and gaining a better grasp of the app. Its a really good app that shopify should recommend to all of its users. It really cleaned up my search bar, and product search making it easy for customers to find what they want.

For our website (balloonin.com), we had a lot of hurdles for Doofinder due to our unique setup needs, and Peter, along with the rest of the Doofinder support was fast to act and solved everything quickly. Not only did we speak on the phone several times, but we had video calls with screen sharing to make sure everything was handled properly which is so important to us at Balloon Innovations. With some apps, you feel like you're not sure if you're actually set up properly and maybe it's you that's the problem, but with Doofinder, they will look into your settings and let you know 100% if everything is set up correctly or not.
