DOOFINDER ‑ Search & Discovery

Doofinder has really enhanced the Search function for our customers on our website without changing the aesthetics of our site. Egor was extremely helpful in setting this app up on our Shopify account and following through with regular check-in meetings to be sure we are satisfied and to answer any questions. A very easy app to work with!

I was having real issues with the Shopify search bar bring zero results back to customers due to spelling issues so decided to give this a go. I was contact by Shaun who talked me through the features and what this search bar could do, he was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Running on multiple shopify stores now - They even linked under one login to make it easy to manage... They have a great support team to answer any questions you have... has LOTS of features and tweaks to adjust how it serves the results... Can also change the look of the whole interface with some CSS help from their team... Their AI adjusts the results the more people use the search to make it more and more relevant to increase the conversions. Looking forward to see how it works through the holiday seasons where we are sure to get more stats to review to help us tweak things even better.

Have only had the app a few weeks, but so far have been pleased with the design, the results, and speed with which the search bar is operating. Egor has been great to help us and pointing out some of the features we have available to us.
