Personally I found this a very complicated App.
I don't understand why you need to alter your DNS settings to verify an email address for the ability to send customer emails, it all seems a bit fishy to me. Well that's how I figure it.
I also told Andrew that my host was sending out error codes for the settings I was being told to use in my DNS CNAME and TXT settings, I was told to "calm down", that is not how you speak to a customer!
Well I have calmed down, I never do things on the spur of the moment.
This App is way too complicated to use for the simple tasks it has to perform.
I will be uninstalling and looking for a better and easier option

Verifying your email is not mandatory, if you do not want to do this, you can absolutely use our default email to send to your customers. Also, DNS updates will take time to update all servers, that's why I told you to calm down.
Finally, thank you for sharing, this helps us improve the products and make them simpler.

Anything but intuitive. There is a bar on the side of the shop that has not been configured, and it is not possible to figure out where to configure it. The “tutorial” does not show the short videos; instead, only a question mark appears. As a result, you end up clicking around blindly. If the basic settings do not work, you no longer feel like contacting support. The only good thing is that it's probably an inexpensive solution. If you feel like fiddling around with it, go for it.
