Doran Product Reviews App & QA

This app is not supported with Google & not recognized. After working with Google to resolve some issues with my store they recommended other review apps. I contacted Doran to get a exportable file for my current reviews and they wanted to know why I wanted them. First off, not really your business but ok. I explained that they were not recognized by and Google & they offered me to turn this feature on if I paid them. Yeah, no thanks! There is a reason they are not recognized by Google & I'm guessing asking for people to purchase features is a reason. I got my reviews & switched to Judge.me. Very disappointed in this app!!

Brilliant reviews App that handles multiple languages excellently and everything is customisable. Has a wide range of widgets, really everything you need. Andrew was very helpful in helping me customise everything I wanted changed to match my theme and did so very quickly. Excellent service. Thank you!

What to expect

Doran Reviews Questions has everything you would expect from a paid review app, but it is free. It includes Flow integration (but not only), all the main widget types, essentially unlimited translations, and email events even for delivered emails.

Advantages

The app also offers integrations with other apps that are usually locked behind paid plans in other review apps. Support is extremely fast: Andrew replies and solves issues within a few hours. He does not just fix existing problems; he also adds useful features when needed. Oh, it is possible to remove Doran brand. In a free app.

What is missing

The only missing feature is the Shopify partnership needed to manage reviews on Shop. Andrew is already working on it, so hopefully it will be available soon.

Disadvantages

At the moment, the lack of Shop review management is the only real limitation.

Overall

A complete, feature-rich review app with fast support and integrations that are usually paid elsewhere. Hard to beat, especially for a free app.

Andrew and the Doran team have been excellent to work with. I had a specific customization request, and Andrew understood what I was trying to do and helped me get it working quickly.

This was also not the first time they helped me. A few weeks ago, they assisted with another issue and were just as responsive and helpful.

Great app, great support, and a team that clearly cares about helping merchants. Highly recommend.

This app ROCKS! So many people choose Judge.Me for a Review app, but this one is SO much better and so underrated. First off, the price is super affordable. Second, the customer support is incredible. These guys have been super helpful with setting up my store, and respond to your emails in under an hour. The app has so many widgets, customizations, and integrations. Highly highly recommend this app over the competitor! Thank you guys for helping me the past couple days, I appreciate you!

J'avais du mal à y croire au début.. Visiblement Doran est véritablement et complètement gratuite ! Toutes les fonctionnalités sont présentes, tout comme la synchronisation les avis sur google shopping etc... C'est juste incroyable !

J'hésitais avec Judge.me, mais Andrew est très rassurant sur les fonctionnalités et le service clients est bien plus efficace que ce que à quoi je m'attendais !

Voor een beginnende webshop geeft Doran ruim voldoende templates en apps die zeer goed customizable zijn! Tot dusver alleen maar goed ervaringen met het inrichten ervan.

Ook de geleverde support door Andrew is klasse: snel, kundig, met het gewenste resultaat.

Super application gratuite ! Facile à installer, de nombreuses possibilités et fonctions. Un Service support très réactif !
