Doran Product Reviews App & QA

Love this app so far! I was using another app for reviews for a couple of years and always found it difficult to navigate. So far this app is 100 times better. Customer service was great - they helped me set up everything and answered all of my questions quickly - A++! The customization is great, I found it easy to import all of my reviews from Etsy, and I love that I can control whether or not to send email reviews automatically or manually (since all of our sales funnel to Shopify from different platforms, i.e. etsy, this is a great feature for us)! Thanks for a great app!

I am so happy to find such a feature heavy app FOR FREE. And the team (of only 2 people) answer my qs within the same day. Because of how Shopify is set up, we needed some coding, provided by Doran and also are willing to collaborate & help me add to the store, to get the reviews to show up within a list in collection. Very happy with this app. Only wish The app could use my stores email to send the emails without having to do all the SPF MX log in again. Or just a more stream-lined way to do it. I am looking at you, Shopify! - update, I heard the team may be moving to a new moving to a new email systeme soon. So, my tiny complaints may be gone soon.-
But, one free app for review, test, image and video; tiered discounts for different type of reviewd, customer qs, review request email, star review, homepage review showcase, automatic curating of product specific FAQ, just mind blown .

Support very helpful, helped me with one issue I had and worked on my store for hours! The app works smoothly and has lot of great features for stores of any niche. Highly recommended!!!

After trying multiple review apps I finally found Doran, and it was a perfect fit for my store, and it's probably a perfect fit for you too!

Being able to import reviews from other platforms is an excellent feature that works so much better than I initially expected.
Since I sell a lot on Ebay, it's really nice to be able to share the reviews from there in my Shopify store so that customers know what to expect from my products.

The app offers alot of customiziable widgets which allows you to integrate it basicly however you want in your store.

Everything is pretty straight forward, so I haven't felt the need to use their support (yet), but they seem very keen to help you out if you where to need it.

Fantastic app! If customer has a question while on a Product page, they can email us directly from that page, thus eliminating customer from leaving a Product page to find our Contact Us button. Customers staying on a Product page - studying a sellers product/offer while being able to easily ask seller a question which builds trust so If I could rate 10 stars I would.
