I had a really positive experience with the support team. They were very kind, patient, and did their best to help me resolve my issues and find the best possible solution for my needs, it was a pleasure communicating with them! One feature I’d love to see in the future would be more customization options for the currency selector, especially the ability to customize the dropdown typography and adjust its position on mobile. This would be very helpful for keeping the selector fully consistent with the website design.

We have been using the app since the 1st day. The support is very fast and helpful.

After Further clarification, I realized the issue was based on a misunderstanding from my side, not the app itself. however, you can always contact them through their email which is shown in the privacy policy and the reason is from Shopify dashboard that it's not shown anywhere on the app page.

I'd like specifically thank Mrs. Mihai Dragan for her transparency, professionalism and quick responses throughout. She was very helpful in clarifying everything.

to be fair, I've kept my original review and updated it instead of deleting it.

Best app just like name of the app

At the beginning it was showing just 2 currency even if i payed for it. Then I mailed them and they said it was working. Then it started to not work again, I realized that the app was not working since months because someone warned me. I disabled the app and I asked a refund and they said I have no proof for that and they won't make a refund.

The support from BEST Currency Converter team was absolutely outstanding. I was having trouble configuring the application on my own, and their team went above and beyond by actually going into my backend and helping set everything up properly.

What could have been a frustrating experience turned into a smooth and stress-free process thanks to their hands-on support. It’s rare to find a team that is this committed to making sure their app works perfectly for their customers. Highly recommend!

its not working

This app is randomly showing super high prices in euros to european customers, a 70US$ product is being shown as 5744 euros. I wrote to their support a couple of months ago and they never replied, then the error dissapeared and now is happening again. Stay away from this app.
