Dripshipper: Coffee & Tea

Daniel is an angel! I can't begin to explain how helpful he was. I was having issues with my website that was created for me by a third-party company. I had been speaking with them for days on how to fix the error, to no avail. Then, I suddenly stopped getting contact from the company.

I decided to go onto my app and see if I could possibly get in contact with my dropshipper, Dripshipper (such a clever name). I started speaking with one of the other wonderful ladies at your company and expressed my frustration with the whole process. She was so eager to help that she sent my concern over to Daniel. To be honest, I was afraid that I still wouldn't get to the bottom of what was happening with my site.

Within speaking with Daniel for only a few minutes, he quickly fixed the problem, just like that. I have been looking for help for days and he solved it immediately. My mind was boggled. He was so helpful and answered the trillion other questions that I had. He never seemed impatient, annoyed, or rushed. He took his time and explained everything to me. I am so happy to be able to work with him. I wish I could write 10 more reviews. All this to say that my site is now up and working. Yay!

Though I've only been using this app for a month it functions well and, more importantly, the humans behind it are very helpful when I've had questions, and seem eager to help me grow my subscription business in support of the transitional ministries I manage here in central NC.

Very easy to use and set up. The team is very responsive when I have questions and I really appreciate that!

Good and fast Support and Service and they try to help in any possible way.
App is working really good, just one small issue is the Shipping Carrier is missing in the API transfer from app to shopify therefore if your company is not in a country with USPS you have an issue with the carrier, but rest is working finde and again. The support is really good.

Great app for anyone that's always dreamed of having very own small business from home or just their own consumer product without having to provide any start up costs or inventory fees! Just opened my store this week and received my first order. Second order already in the system. Past several reviews are not good, hoping that is a very small percentage of business owners. I will keep watching...

I’ve used them for 2 months and it’s been amazing. Great way to get going!!!

The app is great & integrates easily, the coffee is delicious as you can see from all the reviews (except 1 guy who said it was worse than Folgers, not sure what his deal is). The issue people run into is the price. Yeah, if you want to hit that middle of the road price range, you're going to be looking at a <10% profit. But the coffee is good enough to market as premium & you can be doing >25% profit. For those bitching about "this is impossible to run a business!!" customer service replied to me in less than a business day, and frankly, if you're whining that you can't run a business effectively when literally everything but marketing is handled, you're weird & need to get more experience in literally any other business model, because this is basically setting up a website & running a few ads. I mean essentially you're an affiliate marketer except you get to set your own margins. Alright, rant over, I'm heading back to catch the end of the Greco ranking tournament.

PS - If you subscribe to Flowrestling, it would be cool to support the darn sport, I mean we all love Freestyle & Collegiate & BTS, but then nobody tunes in for Greco at all? Come on guys, let's do better!

PPS - Chael Sonnen just posted a video about Bo Nickal at WTT & how he may be the best wrestler in the world, and frankly, I'm not sure that I can disagree. I mean Bo won, what, his 3rd NCAA Championship this year & barely cracked a smile! The guy's a monster.

PPPS - The customer service for Dripshipper is really cool, and I am assuming they'll forgive me for getting off track with this review. Coffee is important, but sports change lives!

PPPPS - I'm going to think of a way to brand & market coffee to the wrestling community, nobody steal my idea.
