Hi my name is Deborah and i own Beautifulicious You. I had products that changed sku's and i went to the live help and got a young lady named Lucy. All i can say is she deserves a raise i don't think anyone has been as patient and kind!! i don't know a lot about computers yet but am taking classes. Anyway i give Lucy a 5 star plus!!! She was awesome!

Hello everyone, I was about to process an order on Dsers and intended to switch to a new supplier for my product, but I accidentally clicked on 'process payment'. I didn't want to proceed with this supplier, so I contacted a support representative named Rin. Not only did he help me cancel the 'awaiting payment' status so that I could change the supplier, but he also taught me how to do it. Thank you so much, Rin, and the Dsers team. Now I can sleep peacefully knowing I'm in good hands.

The app is great and easy to use, but whats better is the custommer support. I can without a doubt say that the customer support that i got was the best support i have ever gotten on any website in years. You could really feel that you as a customer are important to Dsers. Even thought the app is easy to use, as i said, there can be times when you need help becasue you dont understand how the app works, but in that case you can always contact the support team as i did, and get the greatest support there is.
