I was helped this evening by *bruna* and she was wonderful. Super fast service. he included screen shots that showed me exactly what to do to fix my issue. Which was that I could not fulfill my order.
he also sent me a clear list of instructions on how to place my future orders from shopify to dsers.

I had a problem witj one order and I did not know how to fix, I realised that there is a messenger chat which I pressed just to try and suddenly I had the sweetest and more efficient support I have ever had, her name is LUCY. She nicely asked me few questions to understand my problem and took me step by step by illustrating it with screenshots and red lines where I should go. She checked by herself on the system as well very quickly and all of this with a positive attitude!! I wish all apps had such a great support!!
