I was really lost with the process as it can be complicated for new comers. I contacted the customer service and spoke to Sylvia who honestly could not have been more helpful. I sent through images and she walked me through the process step-by-step with patience and clarity.

She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions and was able to go into details with screenshots to make sure that I fully understood her answers to my questions.
