Olivia was very helpful to me. This is a easy app to use anyway, but I had split a product, erased it and then try to split it again and kept getting a error code. Olivia helped me figure out how to screenshot my page and walked me through being able to split the product again. She did this through the Facebook messenger and replied right back to my questions on a Sunday morning! Super nice, since I only have the weekends to work on my store!

I'm very new to building a website, so the fact that every time I needed assistance i always found them there in a timely manner means a lot because sometimes it gets stressful and they make it easier, I am not sure I know the names of the agents that assisted me as it was several different times that I needed help, but all of them were SUPER AMAZING! keep it up guys good customer service is very hard to find these days.
