I'm more than satisfied with DSers, The customer support team is doing a fantastic job, they replied in like 2 minutes and everything was on point. Assistant Una really saved me and did everything to solve my problem with order fulfillment, everything was on point and done quickly. Una if not you I don't know how I'd solved my problem. This afternoon I had the pleasure to work with Jully. I had questions relating to the fulfillment of my first order. Jully took the time to thoroughly walk me through every step needed to fill and complete my order. To be honest, I really needed someone with extreme patience as I was trying to understand how the systems worked within each other, how payment is received, and how to forward payment through AliExpress and DSers. Jully was exceptional! Amazing customer service and I can now fill my first order without delay.
