I had a problem with an order and I went to talk to customer service, and Sherry helped me a lot, as she explained to me step by step how to do it and what I could do, and then she helped me until I found a supplier that I needed and calmly explained to me how to do each step is the best, thank you very much. If I have another problem I hope Sherry will help me

This was the first time I contacted dsers support and I was very skeptical about whether I would get an answer. This skepticism was unfounded, because I received a response from Kimi very quickly and was absolutely delighted. He helped me a lot and the error was then fixed. Simply a great service and very nice contact with Kimi. Keep it up!!!

I had some problem and needed to contact with the customer service and I was assisted by Zico . The service was amazing! I was really stuck with an issue, but the team guided me through everything step by step and made it so easy to understand. The team was also friendly and patient the whole time. It only took me some time to fix my problem, and I couldn’t have done it without their help

Just got off the chat with Zico who helped me figure out why I was having an issue with a failed order. In less then 5 minutes he had it all figured out and the issue was resolved. I love the fact that I can contact someone and almost immediately they respond, and get to work on the issue. This was my second time contacting customer service and nothing but good and convenient experiences. Thanks DSer's for making this process painless
