Verified with a real test order and it just worked. Special shout-out to the support team: they checked my actual backend mapping, explained the switch logic, and even monitored my test order routing in real time until it was confirmed. Above and beyond. If you run a Shopify store with AliExpress suppliers, get DSers. 10/10.

I had a great experience working with Layla while trying to navigate AliExpress and the DSers app. Honestly, the process was very confusing and involved so many moving parts. I was able to successfully place an order, but the whole process felt pretty choppy, and I’m definitely not a fan of how complicated it can be.

Amazing customer service! The support agent was incredibly patient and helpful with my order issues. They helped fix an order I was struggling to place and also went out of their way to search multiple platforms for a new supplier for my product.
