DSers‑AliExpress Dropshipping

I've been using Dsers for many years, but recently I've been having problems every day when placing orders... Now I literally can't process ANY order, with the following error message: "AliExpress found a CPF issue. Contact your buyer to check CPF accuracy "

All orders with the same message, all of them! There's nothing wrong with the customers' CPF, it's a bug in the platform that no one solves... If anyone can help me I'd be grateful, as I have hundreds of orders to send!

I love using DSers for my AliExpress dropshipping. It's saved me so much time and hassle with its bulk order processing and automated tracking updates. The payment system is also very user-friendly.

I had a problem that I could not solve.
Within one minute of posting my problem on the live chat, Zico had it solved. Removed all of my stress about not being able to get an order done.

I am new to this so when my customer didn't receive their product I started up a chat with Rita to figure out why. All I can say is that it has been quite a process but in the end everything was resolved. Now I understand how all the services work together to fulfill orders. Thank you!

Need to workout something with the customer service and I was assisted by Raphael. He was amazing! I was really stuck with an issue, but he guided me through everything step by step and made it so easy to understand. He even sent screenshots, which was super helpful because I could see exactly what to do. On top of that, he was really friendly and patient the whole time, even when I asked a few extra questions. It only took about 5 minutes to fix my problem, and I couldn’t have done it without his help. Seriously, great customer service! Thanks again, Raphael!
