i spoke to lucky from customers service and she was able to answer all my question and help me get my orders back on track. It took no time and she gave me a lot of information that i needed to know for processing my orders and the best way to complete it.

I had some problem and needed to contact with the customer service and I was assisted by Zico . The service was amazing! I was really stuck with an issue, but the team guided me through everything step by step and made it so easy to understand. The team was also friendly and patient the whole time. It only took me some time to fix my problem, and I couldn’t have done it without their help

I needed help with my store, and had lovely support from Rfimp in the online chat section. They helped me step by step with fixing all my problems and made sure that I was back up and running in no time at all.

Just got off the chat with Zico who helped me figure out why I was having an issue with a failed order. In less then 5 minutes he had it all figured out and the issue was resolved.
