DSERS IS AN AMAZING APP BUT ALSO BECAUSE OF ITS WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATORS LIKE ALICE. SHE'S SMART, QUICK AND FOCUSED. I'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED A SERVICE LIKE THIS IN MY LIFE. TOP, TOP, TOP... I HAVE NO OTHER WORDS!!!

Era quase 1h da manhã de uma madrugada de sábado para domingo, já um pouco cansado de tanto tabalhar, pedi ajuda pelo chat do App. Fui direcionado para o messenger, achei que não ia ter atendimento, mas para minha supresa fui atendido muito rápido e em português pela Vivian. Atendimento incrível, super solícito e prestativo. Me ajudou a resolver o meu problema e pôs a minha cabeça no lugar ainda. Perfeito!

EDIT 24/02/2024: Still amazing. Better than the other dropshipping apps!! Customer support is fantastic. Allways willing to help and advise. Spoke with Alicia today and was so friendly and answered my queries about shipping notifications. Thank you Alicia! Very good app, excellent support <3 :-)
