The app works pretty well, but even the best run into issues. A supplier had run out of stock during order fulfillment. I contacted their support and Lydia really helped me to get things back on track. Lydia communicated clearly, provided great screenshots, and even helped me get my product variant remapped. Highly recommended!

Fiona was amazing at dealing with my issue. She competently and quickly helped with an order Aliexpress had refunded cause the seller had not sent the order in time. I then was able to change the supplier and place the order through another supplier and hopefully customer won't realise there has been an issue. I cannot fault the support received so far from DSers.

I've been using DSers for a while now, and I must say their support is top-notch! Every time I’ve had an issue or a question, the support team (especially Rfimp) has been incredibly helpful and quick to respond.
