I got my first order today for my store agothicuniverse.com & I could not figure out how to upgrade the shipping. I was freaking out but I went to the DSers Chat & Sylvia helped me! She was fast & was able to fix my problem so I could fulfill my order! I'm so happy now! I can't thank Sylvia enough. I first tried going through Ali Express chat but they just told me to cancel the order & didn't know how to fix the shipping but Sylvia sure did!! A++++++++++++++++++++ Kindest Regards, Luna

Gracia is amazing!! I was having trouble with my product because it wasn't available any more on Ali express and more technical issues on my end and she helped out so much. She also replied within seconds so there was no waiting! This issue could've messed up my whole store and Gracia calmly helped me resolve the problem.
