Today I was in need of help and I was fortunate to have Isak help me. He was so patient with me because I am not computer savvy. He walked me through every step with pictures and arrows and spent a good amount of time with me fixing my problem and I can't be any more grateful for everything he has done for me. He is a great asset to your team.

I was having trouble understanding how dsers works with Shopify to fulfill my orders and send tracking numbers and I got great help from Sylvia who answered all my questions and was extremely patient with me when I kept asking the same question over and over again.
