the staff was very good, helped me step by step to fullfill my order.. my freelancer didnt tell me anything and i got more knowledge from talking to support at DSER. FAST replay and walked me throught it step by step.. awesome service!

I was Hesitant to ask for help via email but im so glad i asked for help. I had the greatest support representative named LENA that knew everything that i had to do to fix my problem. She honestly can be called the support Expert the way she executed my problem i had with fulfilments. Thank You again LENA you made my day run smoother.

I've had the upmost pleasant experience with DSers customer service today and I must say the have gone above and beyond all my expectations, usually when dealing with customer service the employee tries to provide excuses or fix your issue just to end there interaction with the customer, so I am happy to state that my experience today with DSers customer care representative Rfimp was nothing short of spectacular! not only did he provide me with answers regarding my inquiry, he also provided a full on explanation with screen shots and also provided me with some guidance outside of his service. highly highly recommended.
