Chloe was very helpful and I am very happy with her help. I am a Senior Citizens and I could not make the connection between DSers and AliExpress. I reached out for help and could not do it even after receiving instructions. The person helping me made the connection for me and now I'm off to the races. I will soon be 65 years old and I just could not do it. The person helping me saved me.
