The conversation was quick and straight to the point, screenshots were used to help navigate and easily navigate the problem and explain what had happened. When I was having technical issues with my store, I turned to their customer service live chat feature. Not only did they quickly resolve a very frustrating issue, but the chat support was very helpful and professional. Chrissy helped me with my problem and gave me many solutions for it.
