EDIT: We exchanged few messages with people from DSers and they added the feature that I talked about below. I have to say that I am impressed - I rarely experience such a quick reaction from developers of other apps. I have nothing to complain about now :) --- 5 stars --- I migrate to DSers because Oberlo is leaving and most of the features are the same or similar + there are some extra, so the app should work ok. The problem I have seems small but it is crucial to the way I manage my prices - DSers WON'T NOTIFY YOU IF THE PRODUCT COST ON ALIEXPRESS CHANGES UNLESS YOU SOLD THIS PRODUCT IN THE PAST. The result of this is that you have two options: 1) Use the (limited) automated pricing rules and have no control over your prices. So if AliExpress seller suddenly decides (and they are doing this) that watches they are selling now costs 250 USD instead of 15 USD (or vice versa) that is now displayed on your store without you knowing it. 2) Don't use automated pricing rules while not being notified about cost changes for all the product you didn't sell yet and hope that the cost won't rise above your selling price. So even though that the above is the only problem I found so far since it practically prevents me from keeping my prices up to date unless I want to go trough all my products every day or let the prices be decided by AliExpress sellers and some simple automated rule, I won't leave any better rating than 2 stars. Hope this will be fixed. If so, I'll happily change my rating.

After having the Basic version more than 1 year we move to the paid Advanced subscription as it promised a better tracking service of Aliexpress tracking numbers, sadly that option never fully work as every time the supplier changed the tracking in AliExpress DSER didn't make the proper update in our web, they told us the only way to keep the tracking updated is by using the extension in chrome manually every day, but the most important, we changed to this plan to have a proper tool that could help us change the prices when the suppliers increase them in Aliexpress, THIS NEVER WORKED, not eve once, we contacted customer support more than 20 times because of this and the just gave us vague answers and never a solution, the last week we barely make profits as most of the products didn't have their prices updated, they insisted that their tool takes 24-48h, but we see is not true, there are many products mapped correctly in DSER that have old prices for weeks, terrible customer support, right now looking for a proper tool that provides the right features they advertised and move this tool back to the basic free plan.

The move from Oberlo to DSer is rough. Everything is new and different. I received great help from tech support to alleviate my pain. I have yet to understand its ease of use.
